How we deliver your order
On the kroks.in.ua website, delivery within Ukraine is handled by Nova Poshta . Customers can choose their order pickup option: delivery to a branch, a parcel terminal, or courier delivery.
Delivery times
Once the parcel is handed over to the carrier, delivery usually takes 1 to 3 days . Shipments are made daily .
Orders placed before 3:00 PM are usually shipped the same day . Orders placed after 3:00 PM are shipped the next day .
Delivery rates
- Nova Poshta branch/parcel terminal — from 75 UAH, delivery time 1–3 days.
- Courier delivery to your address – from 95 UAH, delivery time 1–3 days.
Shipping costs are charged separately from the item price. The final cost depends on the carrier's terms and conditions. If the package is refused, the buyer will not be responsible for the shipping costs.
Available payment methods
- cash upon receipt of goods;
- by bank card upon receipt;
- online when placing an order through WayForPay – Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
